Ninja Courage gives teens in grades 7–12 a safe, supportive place to process grief through movement, mindfulness, connection, and guided conversation.
Hosted at Elite Ninja Academy in partnership with Baker Professional Counseling and the Buhl Regional Health Foundation, the program helps young people build healthy coping skills, feel grounded and strong, and connect with others who understand loss.

A Place for Hope, Confidence, and Healing
Ninja Courage combines structured interaction and experiential activities with a safe space to talk about loss. Teens learn ways to handle difficult emotions, use movement and mindfulness to regulate stress, and discover that they are not alone.
Sessions are held at Elite Ninja Academy, 100 W. Ridge Ave., Sharpsville, PA. For program questions or upcoming session information, call 724-383-4119.
