By enrolling in any class or program at Elite Ninja Academy, you agree to the following:

• Enrollment is not confirmed until a signed agreement and applicable payment have been received.
• Members must complete all required intake forms, including health and liability documentation, prior to participation.
• Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
• Membership is non-transferable and applies solely to the individual enrolled.

• Monthly membership fees are due on or before the first day of each billing cycle.
• Payments may be made via cash, check, or approved electronic methods.
• Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice.
• Delinquent accounts may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund of unused days.
• Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to a $25 returned payment fee.

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of membership already paid.
• Trial class fees, enrollment fees, and registration deposits are non-refundable.
• Class packages expire as specified at purchase and are non-refundable after purchase.
• If Elite Ninja Academy cancels a class, a make-up class or credit will be offered.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking at Elite Ninja Academy’s discretion. The deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full deposit and any amounts paid.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original event date and are subject to availability.
• Elite Ninja Academy is not responsible for personal items brought to the facility for party events.
• All party participants are subject to the same liability waiver requirements as regular class participants.

Participation in ninja movement arts, parkour, free running, kickboxing, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks of physical injury. By enrolling or permitting a minor to enroll, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

• Activities include physical exertion, jumping, climbing, tumbling, and contact exercises that may result in injury.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Elite Ninja Academy, its owners, staff, instructors, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims arising from participation.
• In an emergency, you authorize Elite Ninja Academy staff to seek appropriate medical attention on behalf of a participating minor.

• A parent or legal guardian must sign all enrollment and waiver documentation before participation is permitted.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and well-being of minor participants while on the premises.
• Minors must be supervised until class begins and after class ends. Staff are not responsible for unsupervised minors outside of scheduled class times.
• Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to remove any minor from participation who poses a safety risk.

All members, guests, and participants are expected to:

• Treat all instructors, staff, fellow students, and guests with respect.
• Follow all safety instructions as directed by instructors and staff at all times.
• Refrain from aggressive, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear (or bare feet where designated).
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may be asked to sit out until the next available entry point.
• Refrain from using personal electronic devices during class instruction.

Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to dismiss any individual for conduct violations without refund.

Elite Ninja Academy may photograph or record classes, events, and activities for promotional and educational purposes. By enrolling, you grant Elite Ninja Academy a royalty-free, perpetual license to use images or video footage containing you or your child for marketing materials, social media, and website content. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

• Only enrolled participants are permitted on the training floor during class. Observers must remain in designated viewing areas.
• No food or beverages on the training floor. Water bottles with sealed lids are allowed.
• Elite Ninja Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• All equipment must be used only as directed by instructors.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances are strictly prohibited from the facility.

• You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations at enrollment and whenever a condition changes.
• Participants with contagious illnesses must refrain from attending until symptom-free.
• Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to restrict participation based on health and safety concerns.

• All website content is the intellectual property of Elite Ninja Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to modify website content at any time without notice.
• Elite Ninja Academy is not liable for technical failures or errors in third-party payment or booking systems.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mercer County, Pennsylvania.

Elite Ninja Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
